- You have the desire to learn new things in the marketing space, especially expand your knowledge in the online marketing and funnel tech side of the business

- You live in BC, Canada (not a requirement, but close to us is a HUGE bonus)

Your day-to-day could look like this…

- Video Conferencing with other team members

- Taking the lead and ownership of creating complex and simple funnel strategies, including technical setup, workflows, triggers, automations and even a little page design

- Be able to self-start and troubleshoot technical elements of funnel building and delivering to clients

- Engage with our customers through email, zoom meetings, phone calls and other conversation to best support their marketing goals

- Work closely and collaboratively with team members – AKA designers, copywriters, and funnel strategists. You will required to support all aspects of the team become the go-to when any member needs support

- Be proficient/comfortable with multi-tasking, computer skills, funnel software, email, communication, customer-facing communication and strategic thinking and critical thinking

- Learn how to create workflows/automations/triggers/funnel flow/page design/funnel building/marketing/Google/integrations like Zapier

- Helping the team create new funnel “snapshots”

- Onboarding new FunnelCures and high-end coaching clients

- Provide technical support for the FunnelCures software platform and weekly Funnel Lab calls

- Responding to posts all of our Facebook groups

- Host live Zoom training calls for our clients

- Record training videos for our software, team and clients

- Building out custom funnels for both our clients and us

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas that set us apart from the competition

- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ approaches

- Be able to help with operations, building out SOP's and implementing new processes

- Communicate across all email inboxes to provide the best team support and customer support

- You will hold "a referral from every client" mentality and strive to provide the best customer experience possible

Skills/Qualifications:

- Experience using funnel software (ie. GoHighLevel, FunnelCures etc.)

- Knowledge of the online marketing industry

- Self-starter with an innate desire to win - lots of initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment​​

- Tenacious and persistent until you succeed - at the task, at the project, at the job.

- Knowledge of marketing and funnel strategies

- Excellent communication skills

- Administrative Assistant Certification or similar

- Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (2 years preferred)

- 1+ years of digital marketing experience preferred, but not required

- Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)

- Experience in a managerial role (asset but not required)

- Familiarity with a variety of computer software, plus the ability to learn new ones quickly

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Strong written and speaking skills

- Proven ability to work in a team and independently

- Exceptional time management (a must)

5. You do not have the right to contract for or on behalf of FunnelCures Inc.

6. You will perform the following responsibilities as an Independent Contractor of FunnelCures Inc.
