The Role
As a pivotal team member, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how entrepreneurs and business owners experience growth and scalability. Your role will encompass:
Program Matchmaker: You'll be the guiding light that connects entrepreneurs to personalized coaching and mentoring programs and our cutting-edge marketing software. You will empower them to make strategic decisions about how they maneuver through the world of entrepreneurship and grow their business.
Crafting Strategies for Success: Dive deep into the unique needs and aspirations of our clients, curating tailored solutions that pave the way for their business expansion. Your creative thinking will shine as you help them overcome challenges and seize opportunities as you invite them to work with us in our programs.
Building Relationships: Forge genuine, heart-centred connections with clients, nurturing long-lasting partnerships built on trust, empathy, and shared goals. Your ability to uplift and support our new and existing clients will set us apart.

Junior Funnel Tech Wizard
Our Funnel Tech Wizard Role is the perfect job for you if…
- You have a passion for tech
- You’re enthusiastic about the idea of organization, handling workflows, navigating funnel software and building out high-converting funnels
- You’re excited to work with people all over the world who also bring a like-minded passion for client success
- You are a team builder at heart, passionate about helping our client win and eager to expand your skills in the online marketing space
- You're passionate about funnels and navigating marketing software
- You have some idea or background in page design
- You live in BC, Canada (not a requirement, but close to us is a HUGE bonus)
Your day-to-day could look like this…
- Video Conferencing with other team members
- Taking the lead and ownership of creating complex and simple funnel strategies, including technical setup, workflows, triggers, automations and even a little page design
- Be able to self-start and troubleshoot technical elements of funnel building and delivering to clients
- Engage with our customers through email and conversation to best support their done-for-you funnel creation
- Work closely with team members – AKA designers, copywriters, and funnel strategists
- Be proficient/comfortable with multi-tasking, computer skills, funnel software, email, communication, customer-facing communication and strategic thinking and critical thinking
- Have some knowledge of workflows/automations/triggers/funnel flow/page design/funnel building/marketing/Google/integrations like Zapier
- Helping the team create new funnels
- Onboarding new FunnelCures clients
- Providing technical support for the FunnelCures software platform
- Responding to posts in the FunnelCures Facebook group
- Host live Zoom training calls for our clients
- Recording training videos
- Building out custom funnels for both our clients and us
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the online marketing industry
- Knowledge of tech set-up/funnel building/funnel software
- Knowledge of marketing and funnel strategies
- Graphic design background or equivalent skill (not a requirement but would be a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
- You're eager to learn and have some knowledge of online marketing software (ie. ClickFunnels, Kartra, GHL, etc.)

Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience using funnel software (ie. Clickfunnels, GHL, Kartra etc.)
- Knowledge of the online marketing industry
- Self-starter with an innate desire to win - lots of initiative and ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Tenacious and persistent until you succeed - at the task, at the project, at the job
- Knowledge of marketing and funnel strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Administrative Assistant Certification or similar
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (2 years preferred)
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Experience in a managerial role (asset but not required)
- Familiarity with a variety of computer software, plus the ability to learn new ones quickly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and speaking skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
